Shipping & Returns
We use Sendle to shop both in Australia and internationally.
Australia 1-2 products - flat rate of AU$8.00
3 - 10 products - flat rate of AU$12.50
10 products and above - When we receive our order, we will be in touch to discuss the best and most economical way to get your purchase to you.

Sendle is secure, safe and insured and will wing it's way to you within 2-3 days (in Australia) from the moment it leaves us. (Average delivery is 4 days from the time of your purchase, if you havent received your product after 5 days, please contact us urgently).
Please contact us within 14 days of purchase should your product be faulty or defective on arrival. We will offer a replacement or full refund including shipping costs. Please just contact us on hello@proudbaby.com.au
Do you ship internationally?
At Proud Baby we make muslins that will appeal to parents from all over the world, so we're happy to to ship to wherever you are. When you enter your location at the checkout, the delivery cost to your location will be calculated.
As soon as you place an order, you will receive an email to confirm that it has been received. We aim to have your order on the road within 48 hours so you receive it as soon as possible. In Australia that will be within 3 days, and for overseas, we will contact you to let you know how long internationally postage will take to your corner of the world.
Can I include a personalised message?
If you are buying online and sending the gift directly to a new baby mumma or pappa, we are happy to include a personal message inside your package. We are working on incorporating this into the website, however, in the meantime, we will send you an email when we receive your order and ensure we include your message.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
As well as being able to buy online, Proud Baby Muslins are currently stocked in some local gift and baby shops in Sydney. Check out our stockists here
What is bamboo cotton?
We have chosen a blend of Bamboo (70%) and cotton (30%) as it is both soft and strong.
Bamboo is well known to be hyperallergenic so it's perfect for our little ones. It also has great environmental benefits as it not only absorbs carbon dioxide from the air, but also takes very little water and no chemicals to grow. Our fabric and production methods meet all Australian standards.
We like the fabric as it is breathable, light, and tighly woven making it last even when washed regularly.
Can Proud Baby create bespoke designs?
We design all of our products in-house, so absolutely we can help. What could be better than giving a gift that is entirely unique? You can either email us at hello@proudbaby.com.au with you design or talk to us about creating a special swaddle just for you.
